Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a workshop entitled “Youth and Decision-Making in Light of Digital Transformations.” Presented by Eng. Janan Abdul Abbas, practicing veterinarian Bashayer Thabet Kamel, programmer Shahd Riyadh Jaafar, and Eng. Researcher Farah Rasool Kamel
The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the impact of digital transformations on institutional and individual decision-making strategies, enable participants to acquire adaptive skills and psychological and professional resilience in changing digital work environments, and develop their ability to use modern digital tools to support effective decision-making processes.
The workshop recommended the need to invest in ongoing training to build employees’ capacity to meet the challenges of digital transformation and sound decision-making, adopt innovative digital strategies that balance flexibility and resilience in the face of crises and rapid changes, and promote a culture of using digital data and analytics as a key component of evidence-based decision-making
