Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Dhurgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Nursing held a scientific symposium entitled “Building a Culture of Integrity in the Workplace.” The symposium featured lectures by Asst. Dr. Haider Kadhim Radam Al-Jubouri
The symposium aimed to consolidate the principles of integrity and transparency in the academic and administrative work environment and highlight ways to confront administrative and financial corruption. It also aimed to promote the values of professional responsibility and dedication in performing duties.
The symposium included several topics. The first addressed the concept of integrity and its importance in building solid institutions. The second reviewed the most prominent challenges facing the dissemination of a culture of integrity in the work environment. The third focused on mechanisms for disseminating and strengthening a culture of integrity among employees, faculty, and students
