The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University hosted a Riyada Initiative course titled “Developing a Project Plan.” The course was attended by a number of students and graduates. The course was organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University Presidency.
The course, presented by Eng. Farouk Sabri and Eng. Karar Tha’ban Khashan, Riyada Center trainers, addressed creating an effective environment for investing in the skills and talents of young people and job seekers, training and preparing them for the labor market, building and developing their capacities, and stimulating and activating the culture of entrepreneurship, investing in creative and innovative ideas, and acquiring developmental skills to keep pace with change, identifying and interacting with variables in all fields, to create a productive knowledge-based and scientific society.
The course also focused on making training and educational institutions an incubator for creativity and a place for acquiring skills. It aims to build and develop the capacities of students and young graduates, embrace innovation and creative ideas, provide training and funding, and provide advanced job opportunities during and after study, in addition to developing technical skills and using and investing in electronic applications.
