Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Shaker Al-Awadi, the Psychological and Educational Counseling Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences held an awareness workshop on “Guiding Students Towards Success and Excellence.” M.E. Bayan Najm Abdul lectured. The workshop aimed to motivate students to achieve their full academic potential and provide guidance, advice, and directions that will help them develop their skills, improve their academic achievement, and encourage them to study well. The workshop recommended that students develop effective learning skills, such as good study skills, time management, and problem-solving. It also recommended developing communication and cooperation skills, as these will help them interact effectively with their colleagues and professors. It also recommended holding more guidance workshops and seminars for university students.
