The Computer Center held the fourth training workshop for SIS authorized users from the university’s colleges and targeted groups of college registrars, department heads, and rapporteurs. The workshop was held to train them on the Student Information Automation Project and the management of the educational process.
The workshop was attended by:
– Prof. Dr. Ali Atshan Khalaf, Director of the Student Affairs and Registration Department at the University Presidency
– Asst. Prof. Dr. Osama Majeed Hilal, Director of the Computer Center
– Asst. M.M. Hassanein Muhammad Jaafar, Head of the Technical Support Division, Computer Center
The workshop included a detailed explanation of data entry methods, system problems and how to address them, student admission procedures, electronic registration mechanisms for morning and evening studies, how to fill out information, initiate student registration, and obtain a student’s university ID.
