The College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University launched a large-scale tree planting campaign to implement the “For a More Beautiful University” initiative. The campaign was attended by the Student Agricultural Activities Evaluation Committee at the University Presidency, with the active participation of the Dean of the College, Professor Ali Abdul-Hussein Al-Khalidi, the Scientific and Administrative Assistants, the Head of the Student Activities Division and the Agricultural Unit at the College, heads of academic departments, faculty staff, and a large gathering of college staff and students.
This campaign coincided with the launch of the central tree planting campaign for a more beautiful university. A variety of perennial trees and seasonal flowers were planted in the college gardens and academic departments, which were purchased by students, faculty, and staff. This initiative embodies the college’s commitment to providing a sustainable and beautiful university environment for students.
