Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the College’s Sustainable Development Unit held a scientific course on effective management of budgets and operating costs. The course was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Alia Hussein Muhammad Ali, Assistant Professor Ban Abdul Kadhim Abdul Ali, and Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Abdul Hassan Aliwi
The course aimed to master the budgeting process, understand cost behavior, explore traditional and innovative budgeting methods, improve cost-saving techniques, manage key performance indicators, and utilize the Balanced Scorecard. The course also introduced participants to the fact that effective management of budgets and operating costs is essential for successfully leading modern organizations if they wish to maintain their competitiveness.
