The Department of Communications and Electronics Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific course titled “Nanolayers” in the Continuing Education Unit Hall, presented by Asst. Dr. Mazhar Hamed Mazhar.
The course aimed to highlight the latest developments in the field of nanolayers and demonstrate their growing role in various fields. It also explored how to manufacture nanomaterials using e-beam.
The course also reviewed the basics of nanotechnology, focusing on the properties of nanomaterials, such as increased surface area, electrical conductivity, and mechanical flexibility. It also discussed how to manufacture nanolayers using various techniques, such as thermal spraying, chemical deposition, and laser techniques.
