The College of Nursing at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a scientific course on creativity, innovation, adaptation, and flexibility in the workplace.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Dhurgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, the College of Nursing held a scientific course entitled “Creativity, Innovation, Adaptation, and Flexibility in the Workplace.” Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Amir Karim Lilo and Assistant Professor Sahbaa Majeed Abdul Kadhim lectured. The course aimed to provide participating nursing staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance creativity and innovation in their work environments and develop their ability to adapt and be flexible in the face of changing challenges in the field of healthcare. The course also addressed several topics, including the concept of creativity and innovation, their importance in developing work, and strategies and methods for generating creative ideas.
