Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Department of Anatomy and Histology at the college held a scientific course entitled (Applications of Western Blot and its Applications in Scientific Research). Professor Dr. Hazem Karim Nasser and Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Hajem Nasser lectured in the course. The course aimed to introduce the general principles and foundations that must be followed when dealing with target samples and proteins in terms of classification or purpose, to understand the characteristics of that protein from various biological sources, including multicellular animals, humans, single-celled cells, and viruses.
