The College of Science at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a training workshop on implementing the government program, the strategy for developing higher education and scientific research to combat drugs.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Rahi Kalf Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Salwan Al-Hamzawi, the College of Science, in cooperation with the Department of Safety and Chemical, Biological and Radiological Medicine, held a training workshop on implementing the government program, the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education and Scientific Research to Combat Drugs. The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Luay Ali Khalil, Assistant Professor Dr. Ziad Tariq Hamid, and Assistant Professor Muhammad Abbas Abboud. Candidates from the university’s colleges and centers were trained on how to use the electronic platform sent by the Ministry to list hazardous and dual-use chemicals used in drug manufacturing.
