The College of Veterinary Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a discussion session on common viral diseases in sheep in Diwaniyah Governorate.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Department of Internal and Preventive Medicine at the college held a discussion session entitled “Common Viral Diseases in Sheep in Diwaniyah Governorate.” Professor Dr. Khalifa Ali Mansour lectured. The session recommended the use of approved and effective vaccines against common viruses, as well as implementing periodic health monitoring programs and providing advice. It also recommended strengthening sheep immunity through balanced nutrition and organizing training courses for breeders on how to recognize and treat symptoms.
