Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Hayawi Waheed Attia Al-Juthari, the Deanship of the College of Agriculture held an awareness-raising and advisory workshop entitled “Intellectual Treatments for Cross-Border Terrorism” as part of the activities of the Central Conference to Combat Intellectual Terrorism. Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Hussein presented the most important conclusions: Terrorism targets civil societies, which impacts the overall national security of the state, especially the most extreme and violent cross-border terrorism. The reason for this is the funding and advanced training supported internationally and intellectually to achieve planned goals and objectives. Therefore, technology, information, and social media have played a major role in spreading the orientations and ideas of cross-border terrorist groups.
