The Construction and Projects Department at Al-Qadisiyah University held a training workshop entitled “Project Management with the Ms-Project Program” in the conference room of the Construction and Projects Department.
The Head of the Project Implementation Division, Senior Chief Engineer, Mohammed Saleh Khalil, delivered the workshop.
The workshop included training for the department’s engineers on using the Ms-Project project management program to prepare progress schedules for construction projects, calculate the actual and planned percentage of completion, calculate additional timescales, and monitor the implementation of construction project work.
