The College of Fine Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a scientific symposium on the concept of quality and service characteristics.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Kadhim Nowair Al-Zubaidi, the College of Fine Arts held a scientific symposium entitled “The Concept of Quality and Characteristics of Service.” Presented by Asst. Osama Ghali Muhammad and Asst. Lina Abdullah Radhi. The symposium aimed to identify the concept of quality, its determinants, and its importance, as well as to identify the characteristics and importance of service. It also emphasized the commitment of institutions, organizations, and companies to service to increase competitiveness in the market, ensure reliability, and improve the quality of the product or service in all aspects. The symposium also sought to examine the procedural aspects of artwork as part of what the concept of quality and characteristics of service entail.
