Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ahmed Fahim Nagish, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Social Research Division, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit, held an educational seminar at the Female Students’ Complex entitled “The Dangers of Takfiri Thought to Society.” Ms. Huda Al-Safi from the Public Activities Center of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein in Diwaniyah gave a lecture in the reading hall of the Female Students’ Section.
The seminar aimed to reject sectarian and racist ideas that lead to discrimination and division, which can lead to violence and conflict among members of the same society. The seminar was attended by the head of the Social Research Division, the head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, and a number of female students.
