The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Department at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a leadership initiative course.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, Assistant President for Academic Affairs, the University’s Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division held a five-day training course titled “Riyada Initiative,” launched by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. The course was attended by a number of students and graduates. The course featured trainers from the Riyada Center: Engineer Farouk Sabri and Engineer Karar Tha’ban. The course focused on creating an effective environment for investing in the skills and talents of young people and job seekers, training and preparing them for the labor market, building and developing their capacities, and stimulating and activating a culture of entrepreneurship, investing in creative and innovative ideas, and acquiring developmental skills to keep pace with change, identify variables, and interact with them at all levels, creating a productive knowledge-based and scientific society. The course also addressed how to make training and educational institutions an incubator for creativity and a place for solutions and skill acquisition. The course also aimed to build and develop the capabilities of students and young graduates, embrace innovations and creative ideas, training, financing, incubation, and providing advanced job opportunities during and after study, developing technical skills, using electronic applications, and investing in development.
