The Department of Pathological Analysis at the College of Science at Al-Qadisiyah University held the first scientific festival for pathological analysis under the slogan:
(Be Aware… of Pathological Analysis and Its Impact on Your Health)
The festival, which was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Atheer Abdul Amir Al-Mashhadi, representing the President of the University, and a group of professors from the College of Medicine and the College of Education, the Director of the Public Health Laboratory, the Director of the Dr. Tamadur Al-Shammari Educational Foundation, and professors from the Higher Institute of Health, was held in Ibn Al-Haytham Hall, College of Science. The event featured a speech by the Head of the Department, a group of scientific activities, and a lecture on the latest developments in pathological analysis by Professor Dr. Aws Rasool, accompanied by Professor Dr. Oras Madi and Dr. Huda Hussein. A group of female students from the department participated, as well as the launch of Dr. Ahmed Majeed’s pioneering project and activities organized by female students from the Dr. Tamadur Al-Shammari performed the anthem “O Human” and the operetta “Be Aware.” The festival also included honoring distinguished figures, the opening of a pioneering project, a scientific exhibition of pathological analyses, an art exhibition, and a charity market to support small businesses.
