Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, the Women’s Affairs Unit organized a scientific workshop titled (Enhancing Women’s Capabilities in Electronic Governance, Understanding the State Employees Law, and Improving Their Job Performance), presented by Professor Dr. Taleb Abdul-Ridha Kaitan.
The workshop addressed how to use technology to improve job performance and empower women in this field through several aspects, including encouraging women’s participation in electronic governance, which helps them achieve a positive social and economic impact, as well as encouraging women to start entrepreneurial projects in the electronic and electronic governance fields, contributing to achieving economic goals for society.
The workshop recommended that, through these efforts, working women should be empowered to contribute more comprehensively to the development of technology and enhance their involvement in electronic work in a way that meets their aspirations to achieve leadership in technical fields and sectors, as they represent a promising future that drives the economies of countries toward achieving sustainable development.
