and M. M. Ghafran Qasim Hajim – Department of Auditing and Internal Control at the University Presidency.
The course included several topics, such as: employee duties, employee rights, disciplinary penalties, and procedures for forming investigative committees.
The course highlighted the most important common provisions between the two laws, as public service is a social service that all those who perform it, including superiors and subordinates, must respect the laws and instructions; otherwise, each may be subject to the disciplinary penalties stipulated in the State Employees Discipline Law and the Public Sector Law No. 14 of 1991 in Article (8).
The course explained the legal articles concerning public employment responsibilities and the most important duties that employees must adhere to, as well as refraining from any actions prohibited by law.
In return, they enjoy a set of rights.
It also clarified the legal consequences of disciplinary penalties that result from employees failing to meet their job responsibilities.
The course recommended that employees must adhere to what is stipulated by the laws.
