Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Latif Abdul Redha Atiyah, the Employment and Qualification Unit in the college, in collaboration with the Business Administration Department and the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training course titled “The Role of Higher Education in Supporting Private Sector Employment,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Hamid Abdul Noor.
The course aimed to highlight the role of higher education as a crucial factor in supporting employment in the private sector through skill development, enhancing entrepreneurship, providing practical training, and establishing strategic partnerships with companies. To effectively achieve this role, universities must adapt to the changing labor market requirements and contribute to preparing graduates who are capable of competing and innovating.
