Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Jawad Radeef, the Psychological Guidance and Educational Counseling Unit at the college held an awareness seminar titled “The Role of Teamwork in the Spirit of Tolerance and Rejecting Conflicts in Creating an Effective Healthy Academic Environment,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Hani Muhammad Hani.
The seminar aimed to promote a culture of understanding and tolerance among staff to create a healthy academic environment free from conflicts and to boost morale through teamwork in order to improve performance, enhance positive attitudes, and increase employee loyalty to their jobs within the colleges or other state departments. This can only happen when all employees collaborate, utilizing their diverse skills while providing constructive feedback that transcends any personal conflicts that may arise among them.
