Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Star Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, the College of Education, in collaboration with the Ahlul Bayt Assembly, held an intellectual seminar titled “Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him): The Light of Guidance and the Wisdom of Leadership” on the occasion of the birth of the chosen grandson, Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him). The seminar featured speakers Mr. Imad Al-Mousawi, Dr. Azhar Hassan Kareem, Dr. Salam Baqir Kazem, and Mr. Takleef Khudair Abbas, with the session moderated by Associate Professor Dr. Haidar Jabbar Daftar.
The seminar aimed to draw lessons from the doctrinal teachings derived from the thought of the Imam (peace be upon him) and his wisdom in managing situations that ensured the continuity of the Muhammadan message amidst the political and social pressures that confronted its path and attempted to manipulate its principles established by the Messenger of Humanity, Muhammad (peace be upon him).
At the end of the seminar, the Ahlul Bayt Assembly conducted a cultural awareness competition for students of the Quranic Sciences department, which included questions related to the noble biography of the first grandson (peace be upon him) and the political and social events accompanying his blessed life. Prizes were then distributed to the winning students of the competition.
