Under the guidance and presence of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, the Central Promotions Committee chaired a seminar on the operational mechanisms of the new electronic system for academic promotions in the hall of the University Teaching and Training Development Center.
The seminar featured presentations from:
– Prof. Dr. Nauman Naji Al-Hajami, Chairman of the Central Promotions Committee
– Prof. Dr. Ziad Muteb Al-Khazai, Member of the Central Promotions Committee
– Dr. Dhafer Thamer Al-Hajim, Electronic Computing Center
The seminar, attended by the Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Star Abdul Hassan Al-Fatlawi, and the heads of the sub-promotions committees from the colleges, introduced the electronic promotions system program recently launched by the ministry. The program aims to automate academic promotions to expedite the processing of transactions and allow the promotion applicant to track their status, thereby enhancing transparency in the transaction procedures, as well as archiving and documenting them within specified timelines.
