Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a scientific workshop titled (Negative Phenomena in the Work Environment) presented by Assistant Lecturer Intidar Naeem.
The workshop aimed to improve the work environment: creating a positive work environment that supports productivity and job satisfaction and enhancing effective communication: reducing misunderstandings and conflicts between employees and management and minimizing stress and pressures: providing a stress-free work environment and avoiding unhealthy practices, and increasing commitment and discipline: improving the level of responsibility and adherence to internal regulations and promoting ethical and professional values: reducing unethical behaviors such as bullying, bias, and administrative corruption.
