Among the most prominent of these goals are achieving gender equality and eliminating any legal discrimination against women in various legislation, as well as ensuring equal opportunities for women and men in the political, economic, and social spheres. The most important recommendations include developing and updating legislation, reviewing and amending laws that involve any discrimination against women to ensure equal opportunities and equality, and enacting clear and strict laws to protect women from domestic violence, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace.
