As part of the social efforts undertaken by the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics, its faculty and staff, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, a group of faculty and students from the Business Administration Department and the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college organized a volunteer campaign in which they provided a number of in-kind donations and hosted a group iftar banquet at the elderly care home in Diwaniyah. This kind initiative comes within the context of humanitarian work and initiatives that contribute to social solidarity between educational institutions and various sectors of Diwaniyah society. This experience combines lessons in religion, ethics, education, higher education, solidarity, cooperation, teamwork, and instilling a culture of successful management and leadership, while encouraging good morals.
