Under the sponsorship of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyyah University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Durgham Majid Hamid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the Nursing College, the Nursing College organized an introductory seminar on the Unified Retirement Law. The seminar featured presentations by instructor Layali Rahi Ajami and legal advisor Ali Abdul Hassan Sabit.
The seminar aimed to inform the college staff about the most important provisions of the Unified Retirement Law, clarifying their rights and responsibilities related to retirement. The seminar also addressed several topics, including the validity of the retirement law, explaining its applicability to various categories of employees and calculating retirement service. It clarified how to calculate retirement service, the factors affecting its calculation, as well as the retirement rights of employees, such as retirement salary, bonuses, and compensations.
