Under the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul-Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the college held a training workshop for members of the examination committee and the auditing committee on their tasks and mechanisms of work according to the Bologna system, which has been applied in the college for the first stage. The workshop was presented by Dr. Alaa Abdul Aziz Abdul, Engineer Hassanein Muhammad Jafar, and Engineer Shams Amer Muhammad.
The workshop aimed to train the examination committees on how to input grades, process grades, and validate them, as well as on handling the specific Excel sheet. Additionally, the auditing committees were trained on the mechanism of auditing, validating, and sending the results to the dean for final approval.
The workshop recommended adopting the Bologna path guide as a working context for the examination committee and emphasized the accuracy of entering student grades.
