Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Kazem Nuwair Al-Zubaidi, the College of Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Human Organization for the Sake of Humanity, organized a workshop titled (The Role of Students in Promoting Values of Tolerance and Peace in Society), funded by the United Nations Development Program, with the presence of Dr. Alaa Tariq Al-Najjar, representative of UNDP.
The workshop aimed to promote peace and combat violent extremism through the essential role of students in fostering values of tolerance and peace in society, as they represent the future generation capable of making positive change.
The workshop recommended that students adopt values of tolerance and peace in their daily lives, as these contribute to building a more stable and progressive society. Through their simple practices and positive actions, they can be advocates for tolerance and the nucleus for a future characterized by respect and peaceful coexistence.
