The Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a symposium entitled (Administrative Corruption and Ways to Reform It), in which Asst. Prof. Dr. Laith Jabbar Nemah lectured.
The symposium included an explanation of the concept of administrative corruption and forms of corruption from a legal perspective, how corruption developed and reached this state, and a statement of the penalties and sanctions imposed on those who commit these acts.
The symposium also showed the types of corruption and the causes of corruption. The door for dialogue was opened by the participants. The symposium recommended several ways to reform corruption, including the separation of powers so that everyone is subject to the law, tightening the provisions and applying the laws with an iron fist, strengthening and deepening the role of oversight, and giving full power and authority To the judiciary
