Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dhurgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, the College of Nursing held a training course entitled (Protocol and the Art of Formal Dealings), lectured by Dr. Hassanein Riyadh Abdul-Kazem. The course aimed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to understand the art of formal dealings, and to develop their skills in applying the rules of protocol and etiquette in the work environment. The course also sought to provide participants with the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with different situations that require familiarity with the governing functional rules
