Sponsored by Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and supervised by Professor Dr. Durgam Majid Hamid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, the College of Nursing held a scientific course titled (The Impact of Negative Emotions on Humans) presented by Eng. Aliyah Khudair Abbas.
The course aimed to teach how to manage emotions to enable participants to effectively and successfully handle their feelings, and to develop their skills and abilities to appropriately and effectively deal with emotions, thoughts, and feelings through the art of emotion management.
The course also included several topics such as managing emotions and feelings, controlling impulses and methods for managing negative emotions, and effective emotional intelligence strategies in controlling emotions.
