In the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Aqil Rahim Hassan Al-Barqawi, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Adnan Hamad Al-Hamdani, the Medical Education Unit held an educational seminar with resident doctors and those appointed to the College of Medicine staff from the 2021 and 2022 sessions. Modern methods in medical education were discussed and how they participate in following up and supervising students in the academic stages in the clinical skills laboratory to fill the shortage in academic cadres due to the large increase in the number of students. The most important conclusions are the approval of the Dean to assign resident doctors to work in the clinical skills laboratories according to a schedule prepared by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs to distribute them to small groups of students
