Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, and with the follow-up of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Latif Abdul Redha Attia, the Employment and Rehabilitation Unit, in cooperation with the Accounting Department and the Continuing Education Unit at the College, held a training course entitled (The Role of Control and Auditing in Increasing Financial Revenues), in which a group of professors from the department lectured
The course aimed to introduce students to the role of financial control as an essential function to ensure good management of financial resources and achieve the desired goals, which emphasizes the importance of all organizations and institutions in developing effective financial control systems and training employees to apply them correctly. Financial auditing is a comprehensive and independent examination and analysis of financial data of institutions with the aim of verifying their accuracy and transparency and ensuring their compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial laws and making sound financial decisions to improve the efficiency of financial operations and build customer and investor confidence to maintain and increase revenues.
