The Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a guidance session entitled (Meta-emotionalism among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences) presented by Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Hashem and Eng. Muslim Hatem Mohammed
The session aimed to know the concept of emotions and to know the meta-emotional skills and how to train on them. The specific goal is to make the student able to know the nature of emotions and their role in sports performance and how the student can regulate his emotions in different situations
