The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop on first aid for emergency cases and medical rehabilitation

In the presence of the esteemed Dean of the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Shakir Al-Awadi, and the teaching staff, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, in collaboration with the Diwaniyah Education Directorate and the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, organized a scientific workshop titled (First Aid for Emergency Cases and Medical Rehabilitation). Dr. Ali Salam Al-Awsi, Assoc. Prof. Mortada Tahseen Al-Saadi, international coach Mr. Hassan Sabri, and Mr. Hamza Abdul Azim served as the workshop’s rapporteur.
The workshop included several topics, including the importance of first aid for emergency cases, the important stages that should be followed, the most common emergency situations we may encounter in our daily lives, how to deal with them, and rehabilitative medicine (injuries, conservative treatment, and surgical treatment).
