A training workshop entitled:
(Mechanism of work of purchasing and procurement committees via the electronic platform) was held in the Hall of the Martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces in the College of Arts, attended by:
– Dr. Muhammad Saad Shaker / Director of Government Contracts
– Mr. Thaer Jawad Hamza / Assistant Director of the Audit and Internal Control Department
– Engineer Ahmed Ali Jassim / Head of the Contracting Unit in the Government Contracts Division
The workshop targeted the assistant deans of colleges, officials of the internal control divisions, heads of purchasing committees, implementation committees, and heads of the list preparation committees.
The workshop discussed the mechanism of work of the committees via the electronic platform website and how to coordinate with the Contracts Division. It also included clarifying the legal provisions and texts governing the electronic platform program.
The workshop concluded by answering the attendees’ inquiries, recording their observations, and discussing exceptional cases.
