Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dhurgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, the College of Nursing at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific symposium entitled (Nursing Leadership), in which M.M. Enas Kazem Hamid lectured. The symposium aimed to shed light on the importance of nursing leadership in improving the quality of health services and enhancing the work environment in health care institutions. The symposium concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably enhancing training and professional development for nursing leaders, adopting innovative strategies to motivate nursing teams, and working to enhance scientific research in the field of nursing leadership.
