Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Department of Diseases and Poultry Diseases at the College held a training course on egg penetration analysis, in which Asst. Prof. Dr. Israa Najm Abdullah Al-Abbadi lectured. The course aimed to improve the quality of hatching in the poultry farming process. It also included that the analysis of fresh egg output has the advantage of being the fastest way to estimate fertility in the breeding flock. It is useful when the flock begins to lay eggs or if the flock is treated for a disease or fertility problem.
The most important recommendations are that penetration analyses are useful procedures for hatchery management as they provide valuable information in isolating problems in the breeder and hatchery program. The short period of time required to conduct penetrations will pay off significantly by increasing reproductive efficiency
