The Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific course entitled (The academic structure of the laboratory report and how to prepare it using academic programs) in the Continuing Education Unit Hall, lectured by Eng. Hussein Hantoush Farhan. The course aimed to train students on how to prepare organized laboratory reports that rise to the academic level using academic skills and programs and avoiding randomness when writing the laboratory report. The course also included introducing students to the comprehensive and general meaning of the term report and then explaining the importance of this course as the first steps leading to writing a graduation project in an organized manner. The course also addressed presenting the general structure and the most important paragraphs that must be available in the academic report and an explanation of each paragraph in addition to reviewing report models that were previously prepared by students in order to identify their weaknesses to avoid errors and give an illustrative example of how to organize the structure of the report and use the necessary skills with the help of academic programs for that purpose
