Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Wahhab Al-Askari, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college, in cooperation with the girls’ internal departments, held a religious symposium entitled (Lady Zahra (peace be upon her), a model for a female leader), in which M.M. Nouris Abbas Alwan lectured.
The symposium aimed to clarify the concept of a leadership personality in Islam and how Lady Zahra (peace be upon her) embodied it in the content of her personality by presenting her most important strengths and activating her basic tasks and how to educate women about these tasks by making Lady Zahra (peace be upon her) a living model for a female leader.
The symposium recommended the necessity of adhering to the noble values and foundations that Lady Zahra (peace be upon her) established and adopting them as a method to be emulated in daily practical life based on an authentic Islamic principle and establishing virtuous habits through which the individual’s personality emerges
