Mr. President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, participated as a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in a joint cooperation meeting chaired by the Minister of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities, Mr. Bankin Rikani, and the Minister of Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mr. Jam Kamal Khan, at the ministry’s headquarters in Baghdad, as part of the ninth session of the Joint Trade Exchange and Cooperation Committee between the two countries (Iraq and Pakistan).
The meeting, which witnessed the signing of memorandums of understanding in several fields, aims to strengthen relations between the two friendly countries and discuss ways of joint cooperation in the fields of construction, economic development, health, education, and creating shared opportunities for the future, as well as joint workshops, activating the private sector and investment between the two countries, and cooperation in financial, tax, and customs matters, as well as in agriculture, seed technology, oil, gas, youth, sports, communications, transportation, water resources, education, culture, and tourism.
