The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University organizes a workshop on the applications of the Labor Law, Retirement Law and Social Security

The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a workshop entitled (Applications of Labor Law, Retirement Law and Social Security, Rights and Duties of the Worker and Employer) presented by both Assistant Professor Muhammad Saad Shaker and Assistant Professor Rafad Ali Hussein
The workshop dealt with defining Labor Law No. (37) of 2015 and the Iraqi Retirement and Social Security Law No. (18) of 2023 and stating the objectives of these laws and the rights and duties of the employer and the rights and duties of workers
The most important recommendations were to enhance legal education by holding courses and awareness for workers and employers, tightening control over the application of laws, and activating the role of trade unions
