The President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jabouri, received in his office the President of Shiraz University of Iranian Arts and his accompanying delegation to discuss mechanisms for joint scientific cooperation.
The delegation, headed by the President of Shiraz University of Arts, Dr. Sattar Khaledian, Associate Professor of Islamic Archaeology, accompanied by Dr. Musa Arabi, Assistant President of the University and Professor of Islamic Art and Literature, and Mr. Muhannad Al-Hasani, Deputy Governor of Diwaniyah.
The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdul Hussein Jabir, and the Program Officer of the (Study in Iraq) Unit and the translator of the Cultural Relations Division, Dr. Haider Naeem Hamza, included discussions on the possibility of concluding an agreement for scientific and research cooperation and holding scientific activities and joint publishing between the two parties.
The meeting comes within the framework of the program to open horizons for cooperation with academic institutions and local and international governmental and private universities, which is adopted by Al-Qadisiyah University in implementation of the recent ministerial directives.
