The session aimed to identify the nature of reproduction in cats and present some of the reproductive characteristics of cats, as cats go through an estrus cycle that lasts from 4-7 days, and the breeding season depends on the geographical location of the animal, as ovulation stimulates the mating process, and pregnancy lasts from 63-65 days, and sexual maturity occurs in males at the age of 9-12 months

The session recommended that the appropriate age should be chosen to allow cats to reproduce, and that scheduled and scientific vaccinations should be given to reduce diseases, as well as giving balanced nutritional feeds and monitoring signs of birth for fear of dystocia or complications Other
