The College of Pharmacy at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a training course on the differences between official blood pressure measuring devices and mercury blood pressure measuring devices

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Asaad Hassan Al-Zaidi, a training course was held at the College of Pharmacy entitled (Difference in readings between digital blood pressure measuring devices and mercury blood pressure measuring devices). The course was attended by M.M. Ghufran Abbas Asyoud and M.M. Nourhan Intizar Kazim. The course covered the methods of taking the reading and how to prepare it for the purpose of making the reading more accurate. It also covered the reasons for the differences in the accuracy of the readings between the two devices used.
