Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Common Diseases Research Unit at the College held a discussion session on Neosporosis disease. The session was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuha Qasim Muhammad. The session aimed to introduce Neosporosis disease and its economic importance as one of the most important diseases that cause abortion in animals, especially cows, as they are an intermediate host for the parasite. The canine family, especially dogs, is the main final host for this parasite, which causes neurological signs in infected animals.
