Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Star Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, the Psychological Guidance and Educational Counseling Unit organized a seminar titled “The Scourge of Drugs and Ways to Confront It.” The seminar featured presentations by Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Abu Jassim, Lecturer Aqeel Abdul Abbas Al-Shammari, and Lecturer Ruqaya Ghali Maraj.<\/p>\n
The seminar addressed the definition of drugs and the most important types recorded by the Directorate of Drug Control in the city of Diwaniya, along with the quantities seized by this directorate. It also discussed the impact of each type on public health and the individual user.
