Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, the college held an advisory seminar entitled (The Phenomenon of Bullying and Its Psychological Impact on the Individual and Society) presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Manaf Marza Nima and lectured by M.M. Mustafa Hamed Abdul Nour and M.M. Nuha Hadi. The seminar included several axes, including the concept of bullying, its types, causes, and the resulting effects, because the phenomenon of bullying has begun to affect individuals, families, and society, in addition to its psychological, physical, and social effects. The most important recommendations are to develop practical plans to confront the phenomenon, as well as to enhance the role of community institutions in raising awareness, and also to emphasize the importance of building a supportive and safe environment to confront the phenomenon of bullying<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
